Welcome!
At Crossroads, we welcome everyone! Here you’ll find a friendly, relaxed, and Christ-centered environment with Biblical teaching for you and your family that will make a difference!
We know it can be a bit intimidating to try something new. If you are new in town and looking for a place to worship, returning to church after stepping away for a period of time or you would like to explore what the Bible has to say about life for the first time…we want you to know you are welcome here; so come as you are. There is no expectation here except one...that you expect to grow spiritually.
Let’s start here…
what time are your worship services?
We provide three identical worship experiences each Sunday morning at 8:15 am, 9:45 am, and 11:15 am.
how long are your services?
In total, each service is about 70 minutes in length. Services often begin with our worship team leading in songs in which the lyrics are projected on screens so you can sing along and worship however you feel comfortable. After that, we often share some announcements that are important for everyone in our church family to know about. Then, one of our Pastors will come and share a message from the Bible that encourages us to explore, understand, and apply God’s truth to our lives. We often close services with a time of reflection led by our worship team. Learn more about what we believe here. Check out our previously recorded messages here!
can I worship at home?
Yes! We offer a live stream of our 9:45 am worship experience for those who aren’t able to attend services in person. When you’re ready, we’d love to have you join us in person because we were made to be in relationship with one another! The live stream is rebroadcast each Sunday evening at 5:00 pm and again at 7:00 pm.
When Should I Arrive?
If possible, plan on arriving 15 minutes early. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to find a parking spot, check in your children with Crossroads Kids, and find a seat in the Worship Center. From the moment you arrive at Crossroads, we have a team of volunteers available to help assist you!
Where should I park?
Our main parking lot is located behind our building. You can enter our main lot from Oak Drive or from Pidco Drive. There is limited parking in front of our building along Oak Drive. Once you arrive, please park in one of our guest spots in the main parking lot. Enter our main entrance into our Connection Area, and there you will be welcomed by one of our greeters! We encourage you to stop by our Welcome Desk so one of our volunteers can show you around, help get your kids checked in, and find a place to sit in our Worship Center.
What’s the atmosphere like? Is there a dress code?
You’ll find a very casual and relaxed environment…and there’s no dress code! Simply come as you are. You shouldn’t expect to find perfect people. We’re just a group of Jesus followers seeking to live like, and follow after, Him. You’ll be greeted with a smile, and it’s our hope that you’ll sense God at work in our church family as we strive to “Love, Connect and Serve on the Journey with Christ”.
What do you believe?
Our passion for ministry comes from Matthew 28:19-20. “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” — Jesus - as recorded in Matthew 28:19-20 (ESV)
This passage explains why we do what we do. We believe that knowing the why behind the what produces a clear and compelling vision, mission, and set of core values to guide decision-making. Learn more about our Core Values and our Statement of Faith.
What do you have for kids?
At Crossroads, we believe that there is nothing more exciting than a vibrant and growing relationship with God. Our desire is for kids to begin this journey and grow in their relationship with Christ. Therefore, we offer classes for infants through 4th grade on Sunday mornings. Crossroads Kids is a place where kids learn about God's love for them in a safe, exciting, and encouraging environment. A wonderful team of volunteer leaders teach, challenge, and encourage children each week, using age-appropriate lessons from the Bible, applicable activities, and games that are more than just fun! The lesson for the day is taught to the entire group, and then we break down into small groups so everyone has a chance to share, ask questions, and figure out how to apply what they’ve just learned to their lives!
In order to create a fun and safe environment for our kids, we require all families to register their children at our Crossroads Kids check-in stations upon arrival. For more information on what you can expect on Sunday mornings with Crossroads Kids, click here.
*Please note: At this time, we offer Crossroads Kids (birth-3 year olds) during first and second services (8:15am & 9:45am) but only offer Crossroads Kids (birth - 4th grade) at our 9:45 am Sunday morning service.
What do you have for students?
We want to be a place where your student can connect with Jesus and connect with other students! Crossroads offers two unique opportunities for our pre-teens as well as our junior/senior high students. FUSE is our ministry for our 5th & 6th-grade students. They meet on Sunday evenings from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm during the school year for a time of games, God’s Word, and small groups. Learn more about FUSE here.
Our junior/senior high students (7th - 12th graders) meet for Dive. Dive also meets on Sunday nights from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. With fun events, engaging services, and transformative small groups, everything is designed to help students encounter Jesus. Learn more about Dive here.
how can adults get connected?
Our desire is for adults to connect and develop relationships by engaging in a Community Group, Bible study, Target Group class, and/or by serving with others. These are great steps in making a large church feel smaller. A great way to grow in your relationship with Jesus is to have intentional relationships with people who have the same goal. Each of these areas is an ideal place for cultivating these relationships at Crossroads! Click on the links above to learn more about how you can engage in each of these areas!
is there a special needs ministry at Crossroads?
At Crossroads, we believe that God created each of us unique and special in His image! Our desire is to create opportunities for kids, teens, and adults affected by disability so they can experience the love of Jesus throughout our ministries! We do this through our Access Ministries, which included a Special Buddies program, Friends of Jesus ministry as well as our BHC Outreach. Click here for more info on our Access Ministry.
