Scott Yoder — Senior Pastor
Scott was called as Senior Pastor at Crossroads in January of 2010. In this role, he is the primary teaching pastor and works alongside our Pastors and Elders to develop and implement our vision to be disciples who make disciplemakers. Scott is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Bethel Seminary – San Diego (M. Div.). He enjoys sports of all kinds, participating in short term mission trips, and conversation with friends over a good cup of coffee. His true desire is to help people learn, live, and give God’s Word. He married his wife, Kelly, in 1995, and they have six children – two of whom are married - and two grandchildren.

Jason Stiger — Executive Pastor
Jason was called as Executive Pastor at Crossroads in December of 2020. His passion is to empower both staff and volunteer leaders to serve within their spiritual gifts to enhance our sharing of the Gospel in word and deed. He serves Crossroads on the Executive and Directional Teams as well as guides the adult ministries consisting of Crossroads Men, Crossroads Women, and Target Groups. Jason enjoys sports, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, music, the beach, and spending time with family and friends. Jason and his wife, Sarah, have three kids.

Rich Gamble – Pastor of Next gen ministries
Rich joined Crossroads staff in 2010. He leads both Crossroads’ Next Gen staff and Dive Student Ministry team - providing ministry oversight and strategy for kids and students from birth through 12th grade and their families. Rich has his BA in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute and is currently pursuing his MA in Christian Apologetics from Biola University. He enjoys teaching, mentoring, developing new leaders, and training up disciplemakers. He also assists with many other elements at Crossroads, including Sunday morning services, creative planning, and leadership community.
Rich and his wife, Lindsey, have been married since 2008 and have three sons. He has passion for learning, and enjoys Chicago-style pizza, fishing, electric guitar, biking, video games, and reading.

Micah Watson — Pastor of WOrship & Groups
Micah serves as our Pastor of Worship & Groups. He moved to Indiana from his home state of Texas in August of 2024, and in his role, he leads both our Worship and Community Group ministries. His passion is to help make disciples through vibrant worship and authentic community. Micah is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Music Production from Liberty University and plans on attending seminary to pursue an M.Div. upon completion of his degree. He enjoys making music and writing songs, discussing theology, specialty coffee, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Tim Lee — pastor of the Biblical Soul Care Ministry
Tim provides pastoral care and shepherding to the members of the body and leads the Biblical Soul Care Ministry, a ministry that seeks to help people walk closer with Jesus through heart-level application of biblical principles applied to the challenges of life.
Tim and his wife, Jennifer, have attended Crossroads since 2019. They have two adult children. Tim enjoys baseball, reading, smoking meat, cooking on his outdoor griddle, making homemade pizza, and spending time with his family.

Marc Read – director of communications & Special events
Marc and his wife, Becky, have been serving at Crossroads since 1997, and he joined the Crossroads staff in 2008. During his time at Crossroads, Marc has served as the Worship Director and Associate Pastor. As the Crossroads ministry has grown, he was excited to shift to the newly created Director of Communication and Special Events role.
His primary focus is helping manage many of Crossroads's communication and media aspects while coordinating various special events of the church. Marc also leads our First Impressions Team, Community Outreach Team, and Kids Hope Ministry! He especially enjoys mentoring young students as a Kids Hope mentor at a local elementary school.
Marc and Becky were married in 1996. They have two children, one of whom is married, and one grandchild. Marc enjoys yard work, photography, camping, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Michal Joy Falk – Director of Media Ministry
Michal Joy began attending Crossroads in 1993 and serving in ministry here when she was in high school. After graduating from college, she moved back to Plymouth and eventually joined the staff in September of 2014 as the Director of Worship. In July of 2024, the Director of Worship role changed to a pastoral position and she began a new role focusing on our visual arts media. Her passion is to lead worship directing people to the throne of God through music and more unconventional forms of worship such as video testimonies and photography.
Michal Joy and her husband, Bryan, were married in 2016 and they enjoy doing puzzles or playing games. Aside from the arts of music, videography and photography, she enjoys spending time outside and playing with her goldendoodles, Opal & Yoshi.

Misty Werley – Director of Access Ministry
Misty is the director of Access Ministry, a ministry that serves individuals with disabilities and their families. Her goal is to grant all people access to the opportunity to love, connect, and serve. She does so by creating an environment where kids and adults can learn about Christ’s love for them through small group experiences which will encourage them to discover the gifts the Lord has blessed them with to serve Him. In addition to serving locally, Misty frequently travels to the northwest zone of Haiti to share Christ’s love with people with disabilities and their families.
Misty and her husband, Kris, have attended Crossroads since 2010 and Misty joined the Crossroads’ staff in 2012. The Werleys have two children.

kristi nate — Director of Children’s ministry
Kristi Nate joined the staff in 2015 as the Preschool Ministry Leader, and accepted the role as the Children’s Ministry Director in 2020. Kristi’s primary responsibilities are to staff and plan curriculum for 3 year olds through 6th grade and to walk families through these fundamental years. Kristi has a passion for sharing God’s love with children and assisting them in taking their first steps toward developing a meaningful relationship with Jesus.
Kristi and her husband, Troy, have been attending Crossroads since 2009. They have four children – three of whom are married. Kristi enjoys traveling, spending time with family, playing games, and shopping!

Krystalyn mondy — director of children’s ministry Assistant
Krystalyn and her husband, Aaron, have been attending Crossroads since 2016 and she joined the Crossroads’ staff in 2018. She works alongside Kristi Nate to help present the Word of God in ways that engage and encourage children from birth to sixth grade. Krystalyn assists in equipping parents to be the spiritual leaders in their homes. She feels blessed working with amazing staff and volunteers.
Krystalyn and Aaron have three children. She enjoys being outside, spending time with her family and dogs, watching Notre Dame sports and trying new BBQ restaurants with her husband.

Sarah Schweisberger — children’s Ministry coordinator
Sarah began volunteering in Crossroads Kids Ministry in 2017, serving in the preschool classroom. She then joined Crossroads’ staff as an intern in 2021. Sarah assists Kristi and Krystalyn, to guide and encourage children and parents throughout their walks with Christ. Sarah feels called to share God’s love with children and is excited and feels blessed to work alongside others who share the same passion.
Sarah has been attending Crossroads since 2012 and also works as an elementary school teacher. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her puppy, and eating lots of ice cream!

PATTY CHOQUETTE — ministry ASSISTANT
Patty provides ministry project support to Crossroads staff members. She loves the opportunity it provides to connect and serve with our Crossroads family and friends each and every day. Patty and her husband, Joe, have been attending Crossroads since 2016 and she joined Crossroads’ staff in 2019. They have two married daughters and four grandchildren. Patty enjoys working outside in the yard, boating, and spending time with her family.

Janis Ziessler — Ministry Assistant
Janis began attending Crossroads in 2008 with her four children.
After a 30-year career in dentistry and a short career at the public library, she was called to serve at Crossroads Church in the spring of 2024. Her passion is to assist others on their journey with Christ. Janis embraces the Great Commission mindset and loves assisting the pastors, staff, ministry leaders, and Crossroaders in the hands-on ministry of making disciples.
She also serves on the Biblical Soul Care Team.
Janis and her husband, Rob, are grandparents of four children. They enjoy visiting family and spending time outdoors, and in their spare time, they love to explore local farm markets.

Randy Ames — Maintenance Director
Randy and his family have attended Crossroads since Easter, 2023. As a retired engineer looking to keep busy, he became the church maintenance director in February 2024. He is responsible for ensuring church facilities are well maintained and in good working condition, including timely repairs and keeping a clutter-free building. Randy and his wife, Juanita, married in 1987 and have three children. He enjoys woodworking and fixing things.

Sharon Stewart — finance assistant
Sharon and her husband, Jim, started attending Crossroads in 2021, and she joined the staff part-time as the Financial Assistant in January 2023.
Sharon and Jim have three children who are married and have blessed them with six grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, attending her grandchildren’s activities, boating on the lake, watching birds, crafting, cooking, and traveling.
