GET INVOLVED - PACK A SHOEBOX - IMPACT A CHILD’S LIFE!
We’ve made it easy for you to pack a shoebox! Stop at our OCC tables located in the Connection Area and talk with one of our OCC volunteers. You’ll need to select a boy or girl, the age of the child you’d like to bless, a list of suggested items to pack, and start packing!
All items on our tables are FREE to pack in your shoebox. Of course, you can shop for other things you’d like to put in your shoebox. Before you are done, why not put a personal note and a picture of yourself in the box to make it even more special for a child who will receive it?
When you’re ready, pray for the child who will receive your shoebox and, if you can, donate $10 to pay for the shipping of your box.

What is Operation Christmas Child (OCC)?
Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Their mission is to provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. For many of these children, the gift-filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received.
Since 1993, Operation Christmas Child, the world’s largest Christmas project of its kind, has collected and delivered more than 188 million shoebox gifts to children in more than 170 countries. In the United States for 2020, more than 9 million boxes were collected. Internationally, including the U.S., more than 10.5 million boxes were collected.

In just a few clicks, you can select toys and other fun items to include as well as a letter and photo to delight the heart of a child. After we pack and ship shoeboxes like yours overseas, local believers share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with children as they distribute them. As a result, families are reached, new churches are started, and communities are transformed. It all begins with you.
